Order Process
We know ordering custom items can be intimidating, but we're here to help and guide you through the process.

We can provide single products without logo, or personalized products with printed pictures,

Process steps:

1. Click the "REQUEST MORE INFO" button on the product page or directly click the mailbox on the website to send your requirements, and contact us directly by email. You will not be charged for this process.

2. After receiving your demand information, we will assign customer service personnel to complete the rest of the order process with you.

3. After confirming all the information of the product, a confirmation letter will be sent including all charges including shipping, tax, installation or any additional charges that may be required based on your artwork.

4. Feel free to change the artwork proofs as needed until you are satisfied with the layout or design. Then we will proof, and send you sample picture and confirmation email.

5. After confirmation, we will continue to produce.

6. After the mass production is completed, we will confirm with you again and deliver the goods.

7. Follow up the progress of cargo transportation and work closely with you.
